Applied production engineering of wagon-trailer allows operating in extreme environment. Transportation of wagon-trailers don’t demand using special means and carried out by cars of the raised passableness applied on deposits. Design features: Floor, walls and roof are made from sandwich-panels. As external facing it is used – painted zinced steel of thickness 0,6 mm. An internal facing of walls – paper-layered plastic. The covering of floor heater polystyrene or polyurethane of thickness 50 mm. Windows - two-chamber (with threefold glass) double-glazed windows on 4 chamber plastic structure manufacture of Germany with the rotary-folding mechanism of opening. The color of a body will be done with greediness of customer. Wagon-trailers are completed with home appliances, furniture and other accessories in accordance with conditions of operation and customer’s requirements. Wagon-trailers designed for operation in climatic conditions of category 1 at a range of air temperature from -60 up to +40 also it is calculated for frequent crossings on impassability. All wagon-trailers are completed with easily demountable entrance platform with a gangway and a protection. For maintenance of transportation of mobile building the entrance group is carried away in a metal closed box (established under building in a place of fastening of a platform and a gangway in stationary position). Microclimate in a wagon is regulated with conditioner or split-system (according to customers orders). Electroposting is executed by the open way in cable-channels. System of electric feed is completed by a control panel including automatic switches. There are also switches and sockets for connection of household appliances and technics inside of the building. Heating of the building is carried out by means of oil electrical radiators of import manufacture by total power about 6 kW.
